  This company goes from bad to worse worse worse Don’t use 🙏🙏 I’m a caretaker 5 of residences before we use scan security (now is part of Briscoe) call, call many times never answer 😡left voicemail don’t return the calls I will try to convince my clients to switch to another local company

  I wanted to upgrade the security system at my summer home - I wanted an updated system, and much better remote access. Scan did a great job -- I love the way everything works now and, just as importantly, they kept every appointment and were there on time every time. Could not have asked for more.

  The staff in the local office is fantastic. They go out of their way to accommodate my needs. There was a rough patch when my alarm center came in, but they understand and are working past that. I love my system.
