We had an 80th birthday party for my father in law at Brio this evening. As you can imagine, celebrating an 80 yr old includes quite a few people and a variety of ages and personalities ;) Louis, Chad, and Jeremy delivered top tier service. They were professional yet cordial and a wealth of information when it came to menu & drink options. They kept glasses full and cleared empty plates promptly. Many people commented on how impressed they were with the venue, the food, and especially the service. We’re incredibly grateful for how smooth the process was and cannot thank Louis, Chad, and Jeremy enough for their hard work!

We just had lunch at Brio, and we were thoroughly impressed! Our server, Jeremy, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic suggestions, including a perfect wine pairing. We enjoyed the Gorgonzola lamb chops accompanied by spinach, as well as fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and spinach, paired beautifully with a Chardonnay. My kids opted for chicken and French fries, and they loved it as well. The meal was delicious, but the outstanding service truly elevated our experience. Without a doubt, we’re giving it 10 stars!

My husband chose Brio for date night last weekend. It was our first time eating here. And our last. I could not believe how low the food quality was for the price. I felt like we were being punked. This place presents itself as an upscale Italian restaurant with the decor, the food presentation, the menu & prices...but I've experienced higher quality & better seasoned food at Olive Garden and Applebee's. The ONE star was for the nice waiter & the food presentation. The plates look artistic and pleasing to the eye. Then you taste it and realize the meat is low quality and completely unseasoned or way under seasoned. My husband got the Chicken Limone. Unseasoned (but tender) chicken. The broccoli was somehow rubbery and hard as a rock at the same time. We mused over how this was possible for a long time. He tried to poke his fork into a piece of the broccoli and the fork literally couldn't pierce it. I picked it up to take a bite and I could barely bite into it. Again, totally unseasoned. He politely asked our waiter for a different side because the broccoli was simply inedible. He chose another side of mashed potatoes. It was the only thing he ate off his plate. He said those were great. Maybe we just picked the worst items on the menu? I'm just baffled at how bad the food was. I got the Grilled Salmon Fresca. The cut of salmon looked and tasted like the frozen (not fresh) salmon I've had from the grocery store before. All the different stuff that came with the salmon sort of helped disguise the fact that it was just an unseasoned, low quality piece of fish. And soggy, unseasoned asparagus. I ended up sharing my husband's extra mashed potatoes. I planned on getting desert but after the dinner experience, we skipped it. Our plates were still full when we asked for our bill (minus the mashed potatoes.) So for $120, we got...mashed potatoes and a bunch of nice looking but inedible food. I take that back. The appetizer was okay. We had the bread sampler and they had nice fresh mozzarella and tasty red peppers on them. The bread they brought to the table prior to ordering though, was not fresh. It tasted old (like the Kroger bread you find with the "WOOHOO!" stickers?) and the butter was nearly frozen. Easton has went so far downhill but I expected much more from this restaurant. There's no excuse at all for the food quality issue. I would seriously recommend Olive Garden (for their seasoned chicken) or Rusty Bucket (for their amazing salmon) 10 times out of 10 over this place. Overall impression? It's one of those places that's nice to look at as you walk by...and keep walking.

The manager and staff at the Easton location are all top notch! We've always had great meals at the Easton location and the customer service is excellent! I can't express how important that is to us. We've been loyal patrons of Brio for 30 years (not just the Easton location). My husband and I are busy and we get take out a lot. The Easton location is the only location we go to anymore because the food, the staff, and the customer service are always excellent! I can't recommend them highly enough. The reason I'm writing this review is to differentiate between two restaurants - the Easton Brio and the Polaris Brio. My husband and I ordered take out for our family from the Polaris location of Brio and unfortunately, they overcharged us. It was evident because we had receipts. But unfortunately, the manager of the Polaris location made no effort to fix the situation and even lied to us. We ended up going through our credit card company to fix the overcharge and within the day we were refunded. But it never should have gone that far. Because we had receipts we should've been refunded immediately. If you want excellent food and service, go to the Easton location of Brio!
