- ARAnna Ruckertoday4.0The only reason this establishment is not 5 stars is due to the host. They were rude, condescending and spoke under their breath to my family and I. We almost left due to this behavior, but I am glad we stayed. We had an excellent server, and the food was phenomenal. Great atmosphere and service other than the host. We had a party of 8, and i’m glad we chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner!

Unfortunately, no water was served until 6:50 PM, and the service throughout the evening was extremely slow. Every course — from drinks and appetizers to the main meal — took at least 20 minutes to arrive. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so the delay didn’t make much sense. We were celebrating a friend’s 40th birthday, but the poor service really dampened the experience. I wouldn’t recommend Brio, especially for anyone planning to celebrate a special occasion.

We had reservations for a party of 20 and the chef (no manager/supervisor) stated one person would have to cover the whole party's meals!! Absurd!! We discussed this with the host which had the worst attitude and the chef. This went on for about 20 minutes. So they decided to separate our group into booths after our 2 tables were already set up with menus, bread, and tableware. We had a second discussion as to why they would separate our party of 20 into booths. No manager or supervisor ever came out to accommodate us. So they decided to take us to our original 2 tables but take one table away and squeeze our party of 20 to one table!! We were like sardines in a can. I refused to sit and eat like that, so the waitress brought out a smaller table and added it to the end of the table instead of just sliding the original table next to the table where we were seated. None of our food was hot just room temperature. Each family group was around six people we had just left church for my son's ordination for ministry. They added all of the group checks up separately and charged us tax 20 times then added them all for whoever to pay for their group of six. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip!! We Will NEVER go back there again. Unfriendly terrible service for first time guest. Thanks Brio for nothing!!
- JCJoe CoffeyOct 10, 20255.0Teri was absolutely amazing! She made our whole night and treated us like royalty. The food was delicious and our whole table was stuffed. We had a guest that had dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate.
- TETaylor ESep 27, 20252.0Went to brio recently. Server gave the couple next to me bread but did not even offer me any. I had to ask for it and then the food was hardly edible (like have to put it into a napkin bad). Bread was the best thing. Thought I would try it again after not visiting for a while but that was a mistake. I don’t plan on visiting again. Sad because I used to love going there.
