Pretty big location with friendly staff. But the food is disgusting. We sat right by the kitchen, on a busy Friday evening. Our pasta was like warm. It's five steps from kitchen. So, they didn't care enough to heat. CONCERNING. I wouldn't eat there again.

The food was great! Not overcooked or oversalted. Pasta Brio and Gorganzola Medallions were especially delicious! And our server, Francesca, was very sweet!

My friend and I recently enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks at Brio's. Our server, Juan, was great. Very personable and excellent service. Can't wait to go back.

So sad. I don’t know why my husband and I keep going back. I think we remember how it was 10 years ago when you could eat at the bar with a group of 6 and the service was phenomenal. We ate at that bar at least once a month with my parents and brother and his wife. The bartenders were off the chain. And they had great wine by the glass, bread sticks, veal picatta. Now it is a sad shell of that restaurant. How that old man bartender still has a job is beyond me. We stopped sitting at the bar a few years ago after he waited on us and was so rude to my elderly parents that we actually complained. He is still there. At our seat today we could see him in the kitchen area slinging stuff around, grabbing up the bread, cursing his patrons he had to wait on, stomping around. If you hate your job that much move on. Oh and today the host told us there were no tables clean so we would have to wait. We had a reservation and the restaurant was about at 25% capacity with no dirty tables. A manager actually saw us standing there and seated us while complaining about his job. And since we can no longer sit at the bar because of the service, we were stuck with Antonia for the third time in a row who is obviously equally as miserable with her job and life. Shut the place down, get rid of that miserable staff and start over.

I would give a 5 star rating except i have too complaints about an issue ive brought too the attention too management before. We died tonight too use our diamonf dinner and eat at brios around once a month ..I'm a restaurant manager in south carolina so im aware of eco sure and dhec rules for food safety..a few months ago as tonight we sat by the back table where bread is cut and noticed servers cutting bread..serving bread next too us with bare hands..no gloves no papers..I spoke too a woman mgr and expressed concern..she daid absolutely not...this Was Not accepible and she would speak too staff..so tonight again..no gloves no safety papers..bare hands..I asked the server i saw doing this next too us. she said..we dont have gloves???? they tell us wash our hands? um im sorry my employees wash hands too but handling bread your serving is not hygenic..and there is cross contamination possible Not too mention if the person has open cuts or wounds..its just gross. Also gloves are very inexpensive..I order them every week. we go through botes and boxes daily! were not a high end place as brio so for a place such a brio that makes alot of rrvenue its just not accepptible not too have gloves at all stations..This makes us question weather we will ever eat here again.
