  Recently went to this location for dinner with my family. The first thing we experienced was a wonderful host greeting us and then a very pleasant and knowledgeable server. This kicked off a wonderful night which continued with fantastic food. The Lasagna and Carpaccio were delicious. I can’t remember a better one in recent memory. And the portion sizes were incredible. Would definitely recommend Brio and specifically this location

  Amazing! From the moment my dad, little brother and I walked in, we were greeted kindly and we were seated down quickly by the host, Jake. He brought extra crayons for my little brother and my brother was able to color on the table paper, which was great! Then our server Roni, was quick with our orders and knew the menu very well. I ordered the Pasta Brio and I was able to replace it with my favorite sauce, the vodka sauce! I had a great time with my family at Brios. The host and server were respectful, quick, and kind to us. I will definitely be coming again, next time with my mom! Grateful for an amazing experience at this great restaurant in Sarasota.

  Used to be so good but this was a strange experience and felt like a totally different establishment to what I remember. Cheap vibes. Run down interior, needs renovation (torn seats). Restroom was a little dirty. Slow service. Odd to be reminded by server that bread and drink refills cost extra even though we didn't ask for any bread and drink refill came in a smaller glass with heaps of ice lol. It's clear they are struggling to stay afloat. Kinda sad because the food still tastes decent.

  Brio Italian Grille is awesome! The decor is beautiful, inviting and comfortable. I went there with my wife for our anniversary Our server, Parish was awesome! He knows the menu, has great recommendations on the drinks. He pays attention to his guests and made the overall experience that much better! He's a solid gent! Now, the food… WOW! The food is phenomenal! The flavors entertain the palate in the most wonderful way! Even the sauces that came with the calamari appetizer! The tiramisu melts in your mouth. The bartender knew what they were doing with that old fashioned! On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this whole experience a 20. We will definitely be back!!!

  Dinner started off great. I gave the atmosphere of 5 Star because the weather was great and we sat outside and we could people watch. Until the food came. My sister said the spaghetti and meatballs was too sweet. I had a bite and I agreed. Then I got pasta with Alfredo sauce and I think I got all of five shrimp and the plate was nearly $30. I believe the Alfredo sauce came from a jar. The whole thing was a disappointment. So they tried to make it right by giving us a free dessert which then they turned around and charged us for it. Our bill was $73. It was just a disaster!!! If what happened to us, happens to more people, that place is a sinking ship!
