Our waiter was phenomenal, she recommended the spinach dip and suggested the entrées that my husband and I absolutely adored. I had a caramel cheesecake for dessert that was 10 out of 10. "Absolutely, I highly recommend it!" this restaurant. Our waitress was Michelle. My husband had the lamb chops and I had the Salmon. The ambience was beautiful and welcoming.

Went to the Pembroke Pines location, we sat outside by the bar. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees. The appetizer arrived it was Artichoke and Spinach Dip. It was tasty. But my husband felt something in his mouth and spit it out, he showed me a piece of wire, yes wire I put my glasses on to verify. I then called over the bartender/ waitress and showed it to her, she took it looked at it and said she don’t know what it is and walked away, no apology from her or anyone else. We paid our bill and I took my entree home. I was upset. I am still upset that could have been his life or mine. Now every pain will cause me to panic. I will never eat at any Brio again. Just awful. Staffed with couldn’t care less employees.

Our server, Halle was very patient and meticulous in taking our order. I was at a party of 14 plus people and Halle was so nice to us. She was also honest about the food, and my husband loved the food she recommended. All our food came at the same time in a timely manner. Halle made such a difference on our experience and I really appreciate her.

We went to Brio for my wife's 65th birthday. 18 people. They would not allow separate checks... the "best" they could do was have 4 checks for the entire table paid by one credit card per check. The couples had to work it out how to get reimbursed from each other. None of this was explained beforehand though I had phoned several times. Needless to say this was a huge distraction from the celebration. We brought in our own cake, which they insisted on hacking (literally) apart themselves. The manager was the head chef (not appropriate). He is a good chef, but... There are more negative details , but I don't want to bore you. Never go there with a large party!!
