- SJSherry Jankowsky1 day ago5.0I’ll start by letting you all know a little story-we ate at a high end steakhouse last evening, a place you would expect to receive impeccable service simply based on the location, atmosphere, menu and cost. We spent $425 for 2 for dinner- and we received better service at Brio hands down! Our waitress Cynthia was attentive, engaging, accurate and offered us all the suggestions and specials Brio had to offer. she checked on us often and made sure our meals were just as we asked. She is quite good at her craft! Serving in the food industry is an art and indeed a skill set not everyone possesses! The food was served on time, it was hot and looked appealing. The taste was fresh and flavorful and they had a nice selection of dishes. Prices were reasonable. Dinner for 2 with wine and dessert $120. The restaurant was clean and bright and the staff were all working and busy taking care of their customers. It was quite an enjoyable dining experience greatly enhanced by our waitress. Do yourself a favor and give them a try - ask for Cynthia !

- SKSriram KannanOct 11, 20253.0I went to this pretty looking restaurant only because there was a wait time in PFChang and CheeseCakeFactory. I got the table immediately even though all tables seemed full. My table was attended to in the next 5 minutes. Very friendly staff up until this point. I had to convince my family to try here as the menu looked good. Once the drinks were served is where all went south. They did not take my food order for the next 15 minutes. Once ordered it took them over 1 hour to bring the food to the table. This was completely unacceptable. My kid was super hungry but when the food came over he lost his appetite just waiting for it. Plus the quality of food except one item was sub par. The staff seemed all of a sudden less welcoming even though I kept to myself and politely told them that this was not ok. The manager came over and just stood there apologetically until i asked him if he wants to say anything and then he apologized. They took the wine out of the bill which I appreciate. But with this kind of experience I will never go back. Sorry.

She explained the menu well, brought out everything for the children we had with us. She brought everything out in a timely manner and had such a great spirit.
