- VTVishnu TejaMar 20, 20251.0This is my first Google review ever. If you are a tenant, please avoid this property management. They have put surprise bills on our ledger multiple times and if we try to reach out to them, they don’t respond. And if we don’t pay the amount mentioned in the portal they charge late fee. We have been complaining about washer since two years and they haven’t taken any proper action and they just resolve the request. We have been requesting curtains/blinds since two years and that has been pending even till now. They don’t provide credentials or create a tenant account for utilities and gas payments. So every time we have to manually call them and pay it. And if we delay it with busy work, they will charge us late fee. We have requested for account or credentials so that we can setup autopay and avoid late fee which they didn’t provide. There are multiple other concerns and today I got irritated the most looking at a surprise charge again and here I am writing a review. I have multiple other reasons and I had to extend my lease again but we are seriously thinking to end the lease as soon as possible. If you are a tenant, please don’t go with this property management. I have been at multiple houses and apartments and this is by far the worst I have seen.

I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years so I have quite a range of experience with rental companies and property management companies. I can tell you without hesitation BPM is a quality organization you can trust. My first experience with Gregg touring the home (he actually met me twice as I wanted to see it at night and during the day) was great. My continuing experience with Deborah and her team was also fantastic. She was responsive, professional, patient and reassuring. She answered my endless emails and questions without hesitation (Thanks, Deborah!). I just moved in but so far it has gone very well.
