We've had Amber Bowe several time, she's been efficient and charming every time. We've had other caregivers as well, and Jeremy and Shannon in physical therapy are terrific, as well. We've been very pleased with the care we have received from Brightstar.

Brightstar has exceeded my expectations for delivering respite care so I get a break from taking care of my husband in our home. He is understandably reluctant when I leave, but whenever I come home I am greeted with "she can come back anytime!" There have been multiple caregivers but we have enjoyed them all. Communication has been excellent, and they have been flexible with our ever changing schedule.
