Bright Horizons, has declined so much. directors come and go. To pay that much for child care for what? They Have lots of allegations of teachers yelling at the children and pushing them to the ground. I am glad my daughter does not go there anymore, took her out just like many concerned parents took their kids out from that place.

This is a great center. They do an amazing job of charting the kids daily activities, taking photos and you really feel like they care about your kiddos like they're their own. Nicole and Tori run a tight ship and we had great experiences with our infant teachers Keryn and Kelli!

Excellent teachers and staff!
I have two children who attend and they have thrived in the safe and welcoming environment at bright horizons crown colony. The location is very convenient for commuting too.

I would have rated less than 1 star if I could. The teachers are really not connected. They dont communicate anything to parents. They dont speak much to kids either. The teachers keep changing and we have to keep repeating the info to each teacher everytime and its never taken into consideration. The center is really good in terms of infrastructure. The teachers dont have any passion for their profession. I have seen them shouting at my daughter and other kids when they cry. And this treatment is for young toddlers. Clearly its better to keep the kid home than sending here, specially if the kid is too small to express what happens in the day care. I went to the center many times without notice to check on my kid and most of the times I found teachers shouting at one or the other kid. When they see any parent, they slow down. A new girl was crying a lot and teachers were just sitting and seeing Ipads. I asked them the reason for crying. They told, their parents have left her and they dint have any care for the little kid. That day I decided to pull my kid off the center. Our kids deserve much much better than this center.
