This facility is a Senior Living facility, so getting these repairs done correctly and quickly was my topmost priority. The Briggs team was on site the day after I signed the contract to begin repairs. Everyone from the estimator Daren, the crew, to the office staff were great to work with. Communication was prompt, the price was fair and affordable, and the foundation remediated of leaks. I would highly recommend this team and company to anyone needing foundation repair, my family, friends, and other facility directors within my company. Great outfit to work with

Also suggesting we plant landscaping to aid in preventing leaks. They were honest/candid, indicating it may take more work/$, but, ,"Let's start here and see if these simple approaches work." Good ol common sense (rare these days). For a FRACTION of the cost other companies quoted us, Briggs fixed the leak. They suggested waiting until we had 3 major rains before finishing our basement, just to make sure. We did and we finished our basement which was still dry when we sold it ~ 16 yrs later. We referred neighbors to Briggs, as well, and they were very appreciative. (I'm getting ready to call them for my mom's basement!) Do yourself a favor, CALL BRIGGS!
