From the very first telephone call where I cried over having to hire a caregiver for my sweet mama, to the last call where I stopped using them because mama moved to a long term care facility, I can’t recommend them enough! They stepped in when I needed them most. I live out of state and was able to entrust my mom’s care to a couple special caregivers who my mama loved! If you are looking for home care for a loved one look no further. I would recommend Bridgewater 100%!! Thank you to Chris, Sheri, Pam and Joann…you made a tough time in our lives so much easier! During that time I needed to assure my father was well cared for and upon her return she was able to heal. Bridgewater provided my parents with amazing care while providing myself and my siblings with the assurance that my parents were cared for as if they were family. Very kind, prompt, and caring. We had lots of challenges and a very strong willed father. Robyn invested lots of time with us and we got a great caregiver who was able to handle our father. While we used the service for a short time, we were pleased with all the effort, the professionalism and the attention to detail. We LOVED the website access and communication tools and responsiveness of the team. We ended up relocating our parents closer to us but were so grateful for the effort, thoughtfulness and support. The caregiver was very good and pushed through some difficult moments. Thanks Bridgewater!
