  I’ve been here for quite sometime there’s pros and cons anywhere you live but there’s nothing like an attentive office admin that is always there to help when things do go wrong. The new girl Amber always gets things done when asked and I never feel like I’m taking up her time. You didn’t get that too often with the ladies in the office they had in the past.

  This is generally a decent complex and the staff works hard to keep it in good shape. Unfortunately, the major flaw is the layout: your bedroom may sit directly above your neighbor’s garage. If they have late or early shifts, expect loud vibrations and interrupted sleep. This design issue makes it very difficult to live here comfortably.

  Maintenance doesn't exist here. In fact the maintenance staff are more of a nuisance than helpful. I called 5 times over 3 years on a dishwasher that has been replaced but never worked right because of improperly installed plumbing. The double door refrigerator that we pay for every month never worked right either and when it finally gave out the maintenance guy left a cheaper refrigerator in my living room to where I had to take out the broken one. One of the maintenance guys was laughing one morning while he was pressure washing through the crack in my front door when I confronted him for swamping out my entryway he just laughed and said he didn't speak English. Today which is a week later he sprayed bug poison through the same spot which is an obvious assault. I am showing extreme leniency by not suing and pressing charges for this act of violence on my family. If this man isn't fired and allowed to further terrorize the community I may have no other choice than to seek legal action.

  Toured these apartments and the experience from walking into the office to the end of the tour was nothing short of amazing. Walking into the office, i was greeted by Amber. We toured some units and was shown all the nice amenities the property has to offer. Amber was very professional, kind, and informative. Thank you for the great experience!

  I've lived here since April 2024, I love living here. It's cozy and comfortable living here. The office staff is great especially Mikayla who is the assistant property manager. The only team member I have a problem with is the leasing lady that sits to the right wgen you walk in, not sure of her name. She's not friendly at all, she never offers a friendly smile or anything, she looks so unapproachable and mean, like she doesn't wanna do her job. Other than her my stay has been great!
