I understand that it’s a “business” and you are not going to get full value for your figs, but come on now I brought in 20 + figs and one specific fig was worth anywhere from 50-85$. They offered me 80$ for the whole 20 figs! Unbelievable waste of time it’s not a business at that point just a chance for you guys try and take advantage of people trying to get you more inventory. I hope people read this and don’t give this store a second thought bc you will never be catching me at one of these stores again. To try and end on something positive bc I hate being negative but the staff is at least friendly and knowledgeable. But again they use that knowledge in the wrong way! It’s now been a week and not one representative from this store has felt the need to respond or even try and fix things with a customer who has basically “donated” figs and legos to their inventory. I suggest bricklink, whatnot or honestly any other way to get Lego sets, parts or anything Lego bc this store is a complete rip off and joke. Hope karma catches up with this store for ripping off kids and people who love and share the same passion as you :)

I accidentally dropped a box off the counter and clerk STILL ignored my presence. Must be because I’m brown because every other B&M store I’ve been to has been a warm and welcoming experience. Selection was slim if you’re curious about what they carry. Half the store is blocked by a man-made cubicle wall
