  I'm posting this for my mother Mary Jane Cain, she had an opportunity to work with Mr. Kaiser on a real-estate lease, he was very polite and easy to speak with, he explained everything so she could understand everything. She said she will use him again and highly recommends his office.

  Let me start by saying I hired this guy 14 YEARS AGO, and today they contact me and ask if I want to settle up on my account?!?!?! So you contact me now about some payment.... first off I almost went to jail because he lost paperwork and wasn't prepared at my hearing. Never heard from the guy and strung my case out over 18 months. Based off the reviews this guy is a scam artist!! I paid my last payment in cash, big mistake!! I was young and stupid. Now apparently 14 YEARS LATER!! They want more money... Do not hire this guy!! Wish checking reviews would have been more of a thing back then, as I would never have hired this guy. Very cold, never talked to me unless it was about money. Clearly they are hurting and are trying to scam ppl. Also why the hell would you give credit card info and such over the phone now days when everyone is out there trying to take advantageof ppl. Yeh no thanks, I know a scam when I hear one... stay far away from this place!!

  Represented a family member and failed to live up to his responsibilities as a lawyer. His legal advice was incorrect and could have gotten the family member into far more trouble. When a simple question was asked, he said the family member would need to find out for herself. No compassion whatsoever. If I could leave no stars, I would.

  We hired Brian Kaiser 2 years ago to handle my husbands credit card debt, in the form of debt settlement. After about a year and hearing nothing from him, and still getting collection calls, we were concerned. We reached out to them and was assured that they were handling it. We should have known something was off after getting close to two years, and still hearing nothing unless we reached out to them, and we were told the same thing. Then the court notices seeking judgement from our creditors started coming in. At this point, we were not happy. Again, we reached out to them and was assured that they wouldn’t garnish my husbands paychecks, and they have everything handled. Well, we now have 3 of the creditors who have secured judgments against him, and two have already secured garnishment orders. Over 700 dollars was taken from his last paycheck, and now we have 2 more orders behind this one. Still crickets from Brian Kaiser. At this point it’s too late for us to negotiate with the collectors, because they’re already secured garnishment orders. If we had known that they were just going to take our money and do literally nothing, than we would have just tried to settle ourselves. Now we are out 1,200 dollars, and are in a very bad financial situation. We trusted these people to do the job that they were paid for, but instead this is what we got. I don’t take submitting negative reviews lightly, but I feel that people need to be warned about this practice, so they don’t end up in our situation. I feel like they stole from us quite honestly. Lesson learned.
