  I am extremely grateful for Brain and his knowledge of how an additional insurance policy can protect us. Last week we added a Property Liability Umbrella Policy to my auto and home policies. This ensures that if I am ever sued that I won't loose my beloved home.

  My daughter was in a car accident in another state that was the fault of the other driver. Since we carry only liability coverage on her older car, we were at the mercy of the other driver’s insurance company. Maryanne was helpful and sympathetic when my daughter called the office to find out what she should do. When the other insurance company was taking a long time to approve the claim, I called the office to ask for guidance. Brian was so helpful, he offered to investigate the problem and speak with someone on our behalf. He was even returning phone calls and sending an email after hours! This initiative caused the other insurance company to finally return my call. Brian and Maryanne both went above and beyond my expectations in terms of their service and their kindness to myself and my daughter both. Highly recommend!!
