If you choose to do business here, you will need to document EVERYTHING and be the expert instead of trusting what guidance they tell you. Definitely not experts with how loss assessments work. They will CYA very well in case anything is ever escalated/audited. When you need to file a claim, they will be defensive and tell you that you are SOL.
