  They called back right away and set up appointment for next day. Mike changed heating element in our oven very quickly happened to have one in the truck, bill was reasonable and very kind service is always a plus. I will be calling back with anything else I need in the future and would recommend. We live in Brighton and it was no trouble for them to help us out.

  Anytime we call Brian we get a prompt response and they're usually here within 24 hours! Both Brian and Mike are so friendly and helpful. Highly suggest them. I'm all for fix instead of replace.

  Brian’s appliance repair is AMAZING! Mike was Wondeful - smart, knowledgeable and definitely experienced! Super fast and I cannot say enough about these guys! Rare gem 💎 as far as this industry goes! Thank you because I love my 13 yr old washer! You saved it!!!!

  They were quick to respond when our washing machine had issues. When they showed up, they explained what they were doing and were VERY reasonable when it came to charge for the work. I highly recommend them.
