Both Diane and Brett are so easy to work with. When I call I don't have to wait on the phone for more than a minute to be able to speak to someone who is clear, concise, articulate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using State farm insurance out of st. Johnsbury, Vermont.

I recently hit a moose and my car was totalled and I was hurt. I drove all the way to lyndonville to sign over the title to make sure it was done right in front of the agent. The agent gave me bad information and I didn't add Jr to my signature as I NEVER use it. State farm cancelled payment on my settlement check because it didn't say Jr. So I am still home with no car and no money hurt . I'm unable to go to medical appointments and they promised to overnight me a check I'm still waiting for.. Their incompetence is costing me money and work on top of it.... I am not renewing my homeowners policy or the car and truck I have insured with them. I have a perfect driving record. No DUI 's ever. No judgements , adjunctions, accidents or suspensions. I am looking for a new company and new agents..
