  I've been with this agency for a couple years now and really love it. Typically, I work with Cassandra on everything. She's amazing. Always responsive to my emails and questions, helpful, and knowledgeable. When she isn't available, someone equally helpful jumps in and takes care of me. The service here is one of many reasons I have no interest in signing on with one of those large places that have call centers instead of agents. This is truly the way to go if you want good service. Thank you so much!

  I recently totaled my car. It was a bad accident. When something like that happens the last thing you want is to hear the following. " Your call is very important to us", being spouted over and over by a robot. When you call Bresnahan Insurance, surprise, a very pleasant and knowledgeable person answers the phone Better yet, your helped. It's just good business.

  I have been with Bresnahan Insurance Agency Inc for a really long time. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that they could do to improve their services.
