After seeing a news story on a carbon dioxide leak, I decided to dig deeper. I called Brents and was finally given accurate information regarding "maintenance free" furnaces- the life expectancy of such units ...and what we could expect in the future given the age of the unit. Needless to say, we decided to get a new unit, and a new hot water heater as it was just a matter of time before it broke down and purged itself of water onto my carpeted basement floor. We called several places for estimates. Brent's philosophy, willingness to understand our needs, pricing and professionalism helped us to make the decision to go with Brent's after some careful deliberation. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome! Super professional, honest and fair pricing have made our family a fan. Our new furnace is quiet and super efficient. Our on demand water heater takes up no space, will never leak while the savings in our utility bills makes me smile every month. All in all, couldn't be happier!
