Customer service is great at this agent, but the State Farm billing system is the worst in the industry. I've been charged for a cancelled policy, double charged the previous year, unable to cancel auto pay and I'm told I'll get a check back... There have been several other issues with their system outside of billing. They also charge almost double for the same coverage as other insurers. There is no incentive to fix this because I'm sure they enjoy the padded numbers from overcharging those who are less attentive to their finances.
