  I can't say enough good things about Brad Hanson from Brennan Heating and Air. From the moment he arrived, his communication was excellent, and he was an absolute champ with my two big, noisy dogs. He knew exactly how to engage them, and by the time he was done, he was even playing tug-of-war with my German Shepherd! Beyond his amazing way with my pets, his technical skills were top-notch. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with our AC unit, replaced the faulty part without any delay, and kept me informed of his progress every step of the way. It’s rare to find a professional who is not only great at their job but also has a fantastic way with people and animals. Brad is a true gem, and he is a perfect representation of why I love Brennan Heating and Air. They're simply amazing!

  I hired Brennan recently for two big jobs as they consistently demonstrated excellent customer service and workmanship for me at a fair price over the past several years. For the A/C repair, James and his technician took the time to carefully analyze the issues the ancient A/C equipment had and were able to order the replacement parts, rather than pressuring me to buy a new A/C system. For the water heater replacement, the Service Manager, Colin, graciously provided me with plenty of information to make the best choice that fit my needs and budget. Martine and his team arrived on time to complete the installation, and their work was truly a 'Signature Install'. I am extremely pleased with the work done for both projects, and would certainly use Brennan Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric for any future needs.

  We had Brennan installed our heat pump a couple of years ago through the Costco program and they did a great job. Recently had the system serviced and had no complaints. The service technician was knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Brennan to anyone who is looking to get their heat pump install in their home!

  Technician called about 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to let me know that he was on his way. The office also emailed to tell me who the technician was and that he was on his way. Technician was prompt, courteous, and professional with a friendly manner. He took the time to answer my questions and to explain what the service call had covered. Price was reasonable which is always a plus. Brennans is my go-to company for HVAC and hot water heater products. I would recommend them highly.

  I have always had great outcomes with Brennan. First they replaced my water heater, then they replaced my furnace, then they replaced the furnace in my Dad's house, then they installed my air conditioning unit. They always show up on time. Their staff are polite and they get the job done correctly. I have never had to have them come back because something failed the permit inspection (something I can't say with another HVAC company that I have used). Recently I had an issue where some rodents pushed through the screen cover leading into my crawl space at the location where the AC feeds into the house. The pest control company that I hired to get rid of the rats in the crawl space offered to fix it for me, until I saw the estimate...$1,000 for that screen, $3,700 to replace all the screens, and $27,000 to fix the damage that the rodents did in the crawl space. I thought I should get a second opinion, and Brennon sent a guy out and he did a great job, fixing the gap from inside the crawlspace and on the outside and he only charged their standard $188 dispatch fee. Another great experience from a great company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
