  During the process of purchasing and urgently installing appliances , Mohammad from the local Bray & Scarff appliance store was incredibly helpful and efficient. From the moment we walked in, he listened carefully to our needs, explained the pros and cons of several models, and guided us toward the best option within our budget. Understanding the urgency of the situation, he personally coordinated with the delivery and installation teams to ensure prompt service. Thanks to his dedication and clear communication, the entire process—from purchase to installation—was smooth, stress-free, and completed much faster than expected. Another big brand store had been rescheduling the installation since nearly a year. I’m so happy I went with this store. Mohammad’s excellent customer service made us feel very welcome .

  We arrived only 20 minutes before the Sterling store closed on Sunday. Mohammad met us with a warm smile. We were looking for a washer/dryer. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He wasn’t pushy at all, just gave us the information and left us to decide. He made the whole transaction seamless. I would highly recommend Bray & Scarf and Mohammad in particular.

  Joshua was a life saver for me! It’s so overwhelming with so many options I had no idea where to start. I explained what I wanted and he brought me options and they were perfect. Joshua was superrr patient, helping me be more decisive when comparing certain appliances. He thoroughly, I mean thoroughly explained the product so I can make an educated decision. My favorite part is that he let me know about any specials they were having. I didn’t feel pressured or sold too at all. I actually felt like I had someone in my corner trying to help. If you go to the Dulles location ask for JOSHUA!! No one should be looking for a kitchen Reno without his help

  Bray & Scarff in Sterling was recommended by my neighbor who spoke so highly of them and I can see why. I was stressing out when my old microwave and dishwasher died the same time. When I reached out to Bray & Scarff online, Jim Arata immediately responded. He was so helpful and took the time to give me options. I never felt pressured and he always replied back quickly when I had questions. He is truly knowledgeable with all the appliances. If you're looking for appliances and have no idea where to begin he is the guy to go to. Also, he was glad to help me with the rebate application. I am happy with my new microwave, dishwasher and also oven to match my microwave. The delivery and installation staff were very professional and nice as well! Thank you Jim!
