I contacted Bravo! Italian Kitchen, hoping to provide some 'comfort food' to the family of a friend we had just lost to cancer. I live hours away from their home, so I was hoping to find someone who could assist me. Janice was everything I hoped for and more. She was so caring and genuine. She recommended some items, discussing what would be practical for a grieving family with visitors dropping in. She helped in getting an order to a family. Janice was an angel during a dark time. Bravo! is fortunate to have her as an employee. Thanks Janice!!

Service was great. The food was not. Lobster Bisque had no lobster in it. Zero. In a plate of three meatballs my daughter ordered, one meatball was severely undercooked and two were overcooked and rubbery. I’m not saying they were microwaved but it wouldn’t surprise me to hear that they were. My dish was supposedly to be spicy and was very bland. I have been here in the past and the food was better. I am hoping that this was just a bad day, but it is definitely strike one.

We gathered for a rehersal wedding brunch. They didn't seem like they had it all together. We were the first ones there, and they were confused, but then realized we were there for an event. We had options chosen for us to order. Three choices: Eggs Benedict with crispy potatoes; Mini Waffles with Mascapone and Strawberries; and a Salmon Salad with Asperagus and crispy thin potatoes. They asked us to order the eggs benedict first so the kitchen could get a head start on cooking the eggs. They brought out bread first, and had olive oil and seasonings on the tables, along with waters. We ordered drinks. They brought out a platter of fruit. Drinks were slow to be refilled. Bread was delicious. The salmon salad was very good. the eggs were overcooked (more like a boiled egg), and English muffin was so tough they couldn't cut through them. Potatoes were good. The mini waffles were cute, but seemed very simple. The staff was just okay. Not sure what the cost of food or restaurant was.

The food was good, service good, watch for prices on what you order, my wife ordered the same thing as my sister, portions exactly the same, prices much different!
