The food is okay, the lobster pasta was too salty. The service was horrible. The server even threw the straws to us for no reason. Maybe because we didn’t order the alcohol? He also seemed to hurry us up to finish the meal, at least from our feeling. Anyway, we would never go there for our date night. Terrible decision to celebrate our anniversary.

We are new to the area and I really wanted some Italian food. Being up north (We are from Texas) I hoped we would find a nice authentic Italian place. The hubs looked around and we ended up here. I have taken the time to read the bad reviews, because I am a foodie, I am a trained chef and both my husband and myself were absolutely floored that this restaurant was not filled to the brim yesterday for the after church crowd. First we received bread and a lovely olive oil dip. I knew the bread was Focaccia as soon as I laid eyes on it and I hoped I wasn’t going to be disappointed because it’s my absolute favorite. I was not! And my husband now understands why I love Focaccia bread so much. Then we received the artichoke dip we ordered. This caught my eye because there is a house made tomato compote in their dip- SO DELICIOUS. The Hubs ordered Shrimp Alfredo, already knowing it would be farm raised shrimp, but he was pleasantly surprised that the preparation of the shrimp was spot on! I order the Bravo Pasta. I was very happy with the chicken. You could tell it was cooked with care and well tenderized. We ordered two desserts to go and those were amazing also. The Tiramisu and The Warm Chocolate Cake. Everything was absolutely impeccable. I’m still baffled that they were not slammed…. It’s so confusing. After reading the reviews I can only think maybe they are having staff issues. We will definitely be back though! Oh - the fettuccine was definitely made in house as well!

Came in today to have lunch with the hubby...I got the "grilled" so called grilled chicken...im so disappointed...I asked for blackened chicken...it was white as a ghost not a grill mark to be seen the waitress was like I know this is not how you wanted it but so what just eat it, it's done....unacceptable...im so very upset after paying this much the manager could have at least taken off the extremely small portion of pale white meat off the bill we will not be back...I felt like causing a sceen....but I'll just keep posting terrible reviews till im tired....I wish I knew how to post a pic...just terrible....Per the owners simple address of the situation im further disappointed....we won't be back and will be telling our friends and family this is not a good place to dine...

We were here for lunch today. Everyone was friendly. We were seated promptly and had our drink order taken. We ordered spaghetti with meat balls and lasagna. Both were prepared and served piping hot. I like that you can “see” your meal being prepared right off the dining area! The serve their own version of fresh baked bread sticks in a delicious seasoned dipping oil. Both meals were very fresh and good. Our server checked back just enough to make certain we had everything we needed without being bothersome or pesky. I appreciated the perfect level of service! The interior is open with high ceilings and timber framed beams. The walls have an old world texture that fits with the dining area. I don’t know that I’ve ever rated or commented on a businesses restrooms but these were immaculate! Everything about our dining experience was top flight!

We arrived for brunch on Saturday morning. It was about 10:50, doors were unlocked, no sign on the doors posted of hours, and again we were there for their Brunch menu. So we walked in the door and stood at the hostess stand, and was informed by a lady that they were closed until 11:00. No worries and we offered to go back out and wait, as we were waiting on a couple more people on our party to show up. We had 11:00 reservations. I do find it odd that the door was unlocked and there's no hours posted though. As we were waiting out there, the lady came out and got us to go ahead and seat us. We told her we would wait until 11:00 opening time and she said to come on in anyways and sit down. So we did so. The other girls in our party arrived within a couple minutes and sat down as well. Two waitresses came over and asked for our drink order. We told them we realized they weren't open yet, and we would wait and they both said no it was fine. So we gave them our drink orders, which was water for everybody and iced tea for a couple of us. They came back out with the iced teas, and one of the ladies in our group had decided to pass on the tea after all (she likes it brewed a little more than what theirs was). It was extremely light, but I like my tea light, so I just drank mine and hers (saving them from bringing me a refill out that soon). Evidently one of the waitresses did not like that the tea was turned down, and she reported it to somebody else that I assume what's the manager? She came over and asked how we were doing, and pointed out that there was an issue with the iced tea. There was no issue, she just decided she didn't want the iced tea and I drank it instead. No issue whatsoever on our end! So I am not sure if the tea issue, the showing up early issue, or what was going on, but our waitress came across every table visit as if she just did not want to come to our table. She said all of the right customer service words like how's your meal, eant a drink refill, thank you for coming Etc. But she just had a bit of an attitude. This was the dark-haired taller girl. There was a light haired girl that was with her that was very friendly and very welcoming. I'm not sure which waitress was who, but are receipt says Alyssa. We all got something different for food, and everybody liked what they had. This was my first time at this location, but the ambience and decor was similar to the other locations. We will be back again, just later in the day and hopefully not with the same dark-haired waitress.
