  As a regular visitor and local to Town Center, it had been a while since I last visited Bravo. In the past, I hadn’t always had the best experiences with some of the staff. However, one evening my husband and I wandered in for cocktails and dessert—and I’m so glad we did. The bartender, Hanna, was absolutely wonderful! She was funny, personable, and an all-around fantastic bartender. She truly made our night memorable, and we ended up having such a great time that we’ve returned several times since. Each visit, Hanna has been just as welcoming and friendly as the first. She’s one of the best bartenders we’ve met in a long time. Thank you, Hanna, for your great service, amazing drinks, and delicious desserts!

  On Saturday, October 18, 2025, my husband and I visited Bravo Restaurant at Town Center in Virginia Beach for dessert and dessert cocktails. The young lady bartender—who we’ve had the pleasure of being served by before—was working that evening, and I must say she is one of the best bartenders we’ve encountered in a long time. She’s friendly, personable, funny, and courteous, and she makes excellent drinks. From what I observed, she’s also incredibly hardworking—attentively serving everyone at the bar, taking orders, and engaging in friendly conversation with all the guests. She created such a welcoming atmosphere that even the people sitting at the bar began talking with one another. I highly recommend visiting Bravo and enjoying a drink at the bar while waiting for your table—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Hanna.

  We haven’t had a date night in a year and this was such a great experience. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was GREAT. There was a very short wait for the food which was delicious. I hadn’t been to Bravo’s in about 3 years and this visit will make me come back again very soon. I highly recommend this for a food/atmosphere experience.

  I visited your restaurant for lunch on October 7, I am so disappointed. I ordered the Romano crusted chicken salad, for $12.99 I had on my plate iceberg lettuce, almost invisible tomatoes and cucumber no shredded cheesed and a small chicken breast. I always eat at your restaurant in the evening and never had any complain about the food. To day was a first.

  I had high expectations and walking in I was disappointed. The atmosphere, the service and food was awful. Management was not helpful either when complaining about the issue with the server. I definitely won’t be back. It should not take forever to grab a drink when it’s dead inside and never bring a box when it’s not asked for and assuming we’re done when we haven’t even been there long. Also, thanks for the cold food while I was waiting on my drink. I needed that drink to wash away how bad the food tasted.
