Went to dinner with my family. First off my wedding soup came out cold. I sent it back and the second time it came out warm. I was hungry and ate it. My wife got the fried ravioli. Every one of them was hollow with nothing inside. Told the server and sent over the manager who advised that they don’t make the ravioli and she would send feed back to the distributor. Our main courses arrived, they were ok, nothing to rave about. The restaurant is not worth the $30-$40 a person. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

We have gone to Bravo for years, since it’s been open and we have always had nothing but wonderful things to say—which is why we also keep coming back. However, tonight, was probably one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have ever had. The service took especially long, there was a busboy who looked and acted like he was on some form of substance running around and dropping things. Our server was rude and also got multiple things wrong with our order. Unfortunately, after so many years, this experience was bad enough to say that we won’t be coming back. What used to be excellent Italian dining has gone downhill. From the service, to the food—it was a huge disappointment.

Located just off Kingston Pike is a great Italian restaurant. We have eaten here many times. It is my wife's favorite place in Knoxville. Great food, wonderful service.

Hadn't been in years. It was as good as I remembered. Kind of lonely with just us two customers. It was a rainy and cold night. But the Krispy cream had more diners. Atmosphere would have gotten higher rating if there had been more customers. I will certainly return next time I'm in town if they are still here. Bartender was very good and attentive.
