Brought it up to the waiter and asked if a new piece of chicken could be grilled. Manager took my wife's plate and offered a dessert. We politely declined and asked if a new piece of chicken could be cooked. Manager fumbled through some excuse that made zero sense. Spent almost $100 on the meal and my wife couldn't even eat hers and left hungry. Never asked to be compensated but simply wanted a new piece of chicken cooked (literally only two bites taken out of it) and we were ignored. They are now charging for bread which makes a lot of sense now as quality and customer service have plummeted.
