- KSKim S.3 days ago5.0Our waitress Sharon was amazing!! So attentive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of perfectly. Food was great as always. In addition, we ordered a cocktail that they were short an ingredient for and the manager ran out to get the item. Always a favorite restaurant of ours but today they reminded us again why.

We visit monthly and we encounter the same problem each time: disappearing waitstaff. It takes forever for someone to take our order, forever for the food to arrive, with absolutely no attention in between these milestones, or thereafter. Absolute worst service anywhere. DO BETTER.

So I took first seat with was outside which I liked a lot the village is very nice and then I sat for 15 mins waiters passing me no one serving me then I saw a couple walk out which made me worried. I work in service so I get it if you busy so I came up and explained my situation and the manger gave me appetizer on the house. Then at the end of the night there system was down and the inkind was not working so they honored it still and helped me with my bill as well the staff cares and so does managers and I just appreciate the meal and good service that they provided to me
- MMM MSep 21, 20251.0The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It wasn’t even a busy time, but we waited about 15 minutes at the table before anyone came to take our first drink orders. I should have left, but since I had special guests with me, it was difficult to do so. We were a party of four. The server forgot one of my guest’s drinks as well as our last round of drinks, then offered excuses instead of simply apologizing. To make matters worse, the missing drinks were still added to the bill, and we had to ask for them to be removed. I understand that mistakes happen, but her attitude was not professional. I usually have patience, but this time I was very disappointed—especially because I had brought important guests. I probably won’t return to this restaurant, or at the very least I would request a different server.
