  Highly recommended!! All employees are experienced, professional and helpful starting at the top with the owners, Patti in the front office, and installers Damian, Aaron and Josh. On time, cleaned up every day before they left, answered every question, always polite to me and each other!! Really a true delight to do business with this Grand Junction company. Oh and … I love my new windows!!

  Awesome sauce! Great service all the way around-from the boss coming out to bid and measure, to the techs preforming instillation. The 3 techs that came to my house where professional, polite, did an outstanding job and they cleaned up after themselves too. The only proof they where there are the beautiful new windows. They did an AMAZING job & I will always refer them-shop and support locally owned businesses is the way to go.

  I had been putting off new windows for four years after moving into a new house. But after shopping around I was really impressed with their prompt service and free estimate. The sales team was really friendly and professional. The install team was very polite and professional. They worked very quickly and cleanly. They restored all of the trim and siding and did a great job finishing the windows and the calking was seamless! The price was so good I was nervous about the quality of the windows but after some research I was pretty hooked on the Cascade windows they installed. The same night they finished the install my house was so quiet and the furnace only came on about 25% as often as it usually runs. So excited to see my new electrical bill. The windows are beautiful and make the interior pop and are so much more visible then the 1953 single pain, wood framed windows I had before. I would highly recommend Bratton Window and Doors and already have friends coming over to check out the new windows so they can upgrade too.

  Zach and John from Bratton Window and Door did a great job resetting several doors and installing a deadbolt at our house in May of 2020. They were very professional and thorough.

  Do not go here - their work is not professional. I hate writing bad reviews but I came here to replace several of my Pella Window screens. I was assured that they could make new ones that were better quality than my old ones. The new ones they made were terrible quality(basically falling apart) and bowed at the sides. I was told that it is normal for window screens to have large gaps on the sides and all screens were like this. It was insulting. They also destroyed my old screens that they had me leave to measure because they couldn't figure out how to order casement window clips. They sell the clips on Amazon. I found them with a quick search. If i knew they were going to destroy my perfectly functional screens I would have ordered them the clips. They assured me they could order me new Pella ones and made me wait months. They never did order the Pella ones and came back to my house with another terrible quality screen telling me once again large gaps on screens are normal. The screens I brought in to be replaced did not bow or have gaps like what they presented to me. I have not been contacted for any resolution. I will have waste time and money because I trusted their work. Edited - they refunded me what I paid for the screens. I still cannot recommend.
