  Was referred to Kalani 10/30 at Brandon Thomas State Farm. My previous insurance of 38 years, who knows what it means to serve, notified FLHSMV they had cancelled my policy. My status was changed to pending suspension. Kind of a shock. Engaged Kalani and within 15 minutes, I saved $120 a month with the same coverage. Signed up for renters and saved more. I had no idea I would get this kind of customer service. Received my documents 1 hour later and was able to get to Tag office the next day 10/31 to have my status go from pending suspension to Active. Received a call Monday 11/3 from Santana. Was freaking out a little but was told Santana was a servicing agent to update me should something change, if I had any questions, Santana was a point of contact along with another servicing agent. When you are insured with a company who knows what it means to serve for 38 years because your dad was in the military, I felt kind of special and proud. The customer service provided by Brandon Thomas State Farm team has blown away my previous insurance company. Thanks

  Anthony is my agent & he is very thorough and consistent when it comes to keeping me informed & completing follow up calls regarding my policy. Much to my surprise I received a follow up phone call from a member of the customer service team (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) but she simply called to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns at this time. It was totally unsuspected. It was a pleasant surprise & put a smile on my face. She made my day. Great job you guys

  Yall, these people are the best. Not only did they stay on the phone with me during my accident while I talked with the police but they helped me every single step of the way when it came to getting my new vehicle. I joke and say they’re my emotional support car insurance fam but they really are. I’ve known the whole team for years now and they’ve always been so patient and helpful for me and my family. Such a lovely team and I’ll forever be thankful for Brandon Thomas and the rest of my friends there 🥰

  Worked with Anthony with this office and he was wonderful to communicate with and was able to save me money which is always nice. Highly recommend
