  Brandon and his team have taken care of us since our former agent left State Farm, and we have been in great hands! His account manager, Danelle, is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Every time I reach out with a question or need assistance with paperwork or policy details, she responds promptly and handles everything efficiently. It’s clear that she does a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running smoothly, and I truly appreciate her dedication. Her communication is clear and timely, and she always makes the process feel easy and stress-free. She’s a real asset to the team and a big reason why I continue to feel confident and supported with my insurance needs.

  Danelle was the nicest person I have ever talked to in my life. She is a very kind and patient woman. She gave me so much good insight on things I needed to know. If I was having a bad day, she would have definitely made it better. We need more good people in the World like her. I thank and appreciate her so much! Instead of have Jake from State Farm, you all should have Danelle from State Farm on you all’s commercials!

  Brandon has been transparent, patient, and knowledgeable. In my opinion, there’s not a better experience to be had when dealing with insurance than those 3 things above! Praying to continue to have this experience throughout this business relationship for years to come!
