He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during the extermination treatment at my home. He took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sold me a 1 year agreement to ensure that I will not have ants, roaches spiders, and camel crickets. The tech doesn’t clean the existing webs from the spiders, does check the rodent traps in the crawl space. I still have ants climbing up my house even though he ensures me that the houses perimeter is what keeps the bugs out. I have done business with out exterminators and they come out one time spray once and I didn’t have any issues within a 3 month span. Thought that I was getting a deal but only headache. Finally, I tried to cancel the agreement within the first 30 days because I was not happy with the services and I was denied, even though I offered to pay the differential of the initial visit without the plan. I repeat do not use this company.

  I thought it was too expensive for what they did. Said one price charged way higher. Won't use again.
