  Quotes were basically the same but the customer service seems to be great so I'll still give them 4 stars. Charisse made me feel very comfortable and not pressured or forced to get a new policy. Will be calling them back soon though

  I was looking for cheaper insurance, cause my current carrier was raping my pockets. Even with the game of phone tag I was playing, due to lack of reception. Kim was awesome as well as her associate Chris. Though she had him call me back after I gave up. I was able to obtain a slightly more economical with way more value. As opposed to past carrier. Thank you guys so much!!!

  Chris was amazing! He helped me set up insurance for my auto, home and even jewelry! He made everything so simple and was easy to talk to. And everytime I call the office all the staff is so wonderful!

  If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I called to get new insurance because the previous company was too expensive and I explained that. I was under the impression that I would be saving money with a new company that by the way don’t know they are doing. Long story short, they left off a VERY IMPORTANT CAR and claimed that I requested that but will not let me here the recording. Every interaction with them is a back and forth. Side note (CHRIS IS AWESOME). This company has cost me soooo much money!
