- DFDavid FixOct 4, 20251.0To Franklin Management Group. On July 7, 2025 we went down to the rental office and told them that our ac unit outside was broken and that our ac unit inside started leaking on July 2, 2025 and on July 3, 2025 the air conditioner totally went out. It has now almost been three months since we reported this issue to the rental office why are we having to fight for a replacement ac unit outside when it is part of our lease. This not how a property management owners should treats their tenants. Apt 722
- TBTynesha BaileyAug 13, 20251.0The staff was amazing shout out to Ziggy. I applied for an appartment in this community back in May with the expected move in date August 1st. Ziggy assist with the whole process allow me to view a unit the same day. The reason I rate this community 1 star is because After only being in my unit for one day it flooded out with sewage water. That was a Saturday no one service my unit until Wednesday. I had to purchase a wet vac buy towels that I throw away after trying to keep the water from running thought the entire unit. The unit was roach infested and not cleaned properly before I was issued the keys. Now despite the horrible conditions of the unit the staff was supportive and got me moved into a different community so im thankful for that. They really need better maintenance management and also a different pest control company.

I guess you should add on attorney fees to that refund because I now have to obtain counsel to get back what's rightfully mine. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
- CTcece (toughestcrowdever)Feb 18, 20221.0Horrible. Matinence is closed all the time, neighbors are playing super loud music 24/7, dog park had fleas and all types of bugs, horribly built parking lot, dish washer was broken, oven was broken, basically everything sucked.
