  I highly recommend Bradley Michael's Furniture. The quality of the pieces that we ordered were unmatched by any other dealers in the area. They were also made in the USA. Michael, as well as the rest of the staff and delivery, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael also helped us with carpet and hardwood flooring choices to complement the rest of the house. I am so happy with the outcome of our living room. Thank you Michael!

  We bought a leather reclining couch from them last January. While it was delivered at reasonable time, it came with what we perceived defected. When we would sit on the couch, it would creek more than expected. I should mention that the couch came without any paperwork. We immediately contacted them about this problem. At first there was no reply. We called, emailed and eventually just showed up at the store. We were given promises that they had contacted the manufacturer and the problem would be resolved. After months of waiting, I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they set the process forward. As it turned out, there were some structural issues that needed to be address. This process took over eleven months to resolve. The manufacturer tried to get in touch with the store, and they didn't even get a response. I went to Bradley Michaels because I thought they would stand behind their product. I am very disappointed in the way they do business.

  Be very careful and check all your merchandise - they give you floor samples, used merchandise and over charge you for everything!!! They did our log cabin - filled with floor samples & used merchandise and things that don't belong in a log cabin. Beware!!!!!
