I’ve been getting my car and renter’s insurance from State Farm through agent Bradford O’Neil for many years now. In fact, because he is dual licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, I have continued to work with his office after moving from St. Louis to Chicago. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly and helpful with lots of information but no unnecessary pressure about different available options. Just recently I worked with Hayden to add a second vehicle to my policy and increase liability coverage, and she made everything so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this great group of folks.
