  From the initial meeting with Brad (as we discussed the sale of my father’s former home) to the very last discussion I had with Mr. Wilson, he was positive, energetic, and pleasant with me, my wife, and my two sisters, who live in the Anchorage area. My wife and I reside in Arlington, Texas and even though matters related to the sale had to be handled long distance, NOT a stone was unturned by Mr. Wilson! Even when Brad, temporarily (while he had surgery and recovery) had to hand-off his skills to another realtor, NOTHING was missed! I cannot express enough how Brad expertly handled and communicated everything I needed to accomplish for the sale or when others were needed (repairs at the condominium) to take on tasks. And he managed finding competent individuals to execute various required renovations. I would highly recommend Brad to ANYONE looking to sell or purchase property. His attention to detail and opinions regarding various aspects of selling my father’s condominium was what we needed! His input regarding various renovations within the property was spot on! When I approached him about potentially remodeling some of the areas of the condominium o a more contemporary style, Brad was straightforward with his opinion about accomplishing that and I was comfortable with his opinion. Brad was prompt at returning phone calls or emails that we exchanged. He was always available to discuss matters regarding the property. When it was determined that the initial potential buyer could not secure financial resources to purchase the property, he communicated that to us promptly. And then when there was another offer from an individual who ultimately purchased my father’s condominium, he informed us quickly concerning the details of that sale! Mr. Wilson was so much of a pleasure to work with! In our opinion we were very blessed that Brad handled the selling of the property! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling property in Anchorage and the surrounding area or elsewhere!

  We highly recommend Brad Wilson as a realtor for buying or selling a home. We first met Brad 10 years ago when we were buying a home in Anchorage. He met with us, found out what we were looking for and spent days driving us around Anchorage and Eagle River. We found the perfect place. Brad made the home buying experience seamless and fun. When it came time to sell the house we knew Brad was just the guy for the job. We called Brad and he was willing to sell our home even though we are across the country. He was our eyes and ears through a big earthquake, checking on the house to make sure the house was sound and fine. He found the right people to paint and update the house. He staged the house beautifully and soon we had an offer. He is a pro in his field and helped us navigate the offer and counter offer process. We were thrilled with the sale and Brad was just as awesome at getting us through the selling experience, calling us along the way and updating us with important information. We consider Brad a friend after 10 years and would recommend him to any of our friends or family that would be buying a home in Alaska.

  Brad did an outstanding job on selling a small condo that needed a lot of work. I've bought and sold many properties and my experience with him has been the best I've had because he worked hard and communicated well with me. When he wasn't available he had someone as a back up I could work with rather than leaving me without help which has happened to me in the past with another agent. Highly recommended!
