  I was interested in Auto Owners insurance for my manufactured home. At first, Joann was helpful and asked me to send a copy of my current policy. She wrote she would get back to me that day or the next. I gave her an additional day, and then called and left a message. Crickets. Quite unprofessional - I suspect I did not fit the criteria for their policy, but she should have contacted me as promised.

  Kayce at Brad Hoffman Insurance has been my insurance agent for years and has been the utmost professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. Payout was fast and seamless for a claim I had and I found their pricing beat other agencies. Can't recommend this long time local business enough.
