We were in need of insurance for 2 houses, 2 cars, 2 motorcycles, and 1 pick up truck. We had a small problem to say the least, lol!! Michelle at Brad Appleby's office was the answer. She was able to get us an excellent price, she was patient with us, she walked us through what we needed and what coverage was best and made everything a breeze. We looked into brokers prior to speaking with her and could barely get a quote. She had quotes, prices, and answers ready for us in no time at all. I'm really glad she was there to help. The State Farm agents at this branch are very knowledge and friendly. I recently worked with Michelle to better understand the benefits of having coverage with State Farm and she was able to fully explain the details of each policy that may work for me in a way that made it easy for me to understand. Michelle took the time to thoroughly explain my coverage options, patiently answering every question I had. She was very easy to talk with, professional, and knowledgeable.
