  This company uses AI for phone calls, that refuses to connect you with Store Owner to check on an order. I used door dash and the cancel seemed to have failed, so I didn't stop by the resaurant and contacted Doordash instead, as the AI told me to. Then when I call Doordash to cancel, I am getting several silent harassment calls from Bowls of Rice because there is a complete disconnect between their AI customer service, Door Dash and the store. Whatever happened to a simple phone call to place an order? I will never use this restaurant, or door dash services again.

  Will order again just wish I could specify how I want my steak cooked it was tuff to eat nice seasoning but just tuff well done would have been much better but I will definitely order from them again maybe another dish

  Steak bowl, garlic Aioli, and garlic butter rice!! The steak literally melted in my mouth, it was seasoned and burned perfectly!! I will be trying this again.

  The crispy garlic aioli chicken with fried rice is one of the best things I've ever had. The waffle fries with sesame sauce is also next level!
