My name is Sam and wife's name is Tammy. Yesterday October 21st 2025 around 7:35 pm we took our 17 yr old cat ""WINSTON "" TO THE Bowling Green vet emergency clinic on Campbell Lane because he would not eat or drink, withing minutes of the vets and nurses at this clinic they promptly found the exact nature of the issues and immediately brought to our attention the problem, because our senior cat is so old he had a abscess/alcer on the lower part of his teeth between his cheek and gum lining, they handed this issue with much care and love and showed much compassion and put together a treatment plan that worked for all of us and it's only been 1 day and our beloved kitty is doing much better. THANK YOU TO WHO WORKED SO HARD TO FIND THIS PROBLEM AND HELP OUR LOVING FRIEND..... WE LOVE YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EMERGENCY CLINIC TO ANYONE WHO LOVES AND CARES ABOUT THEIR FURY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS AS WE DO. """ BONUS""" THIS EVENING A NURSE WHOSE NAME IS ""SAM"" CALLED TO FIND OUT HOW OUR WINSTON WAS DOING AND THAT SPEAKS HIGHLY OF THIS CLINIC BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY AND STILL HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS PROMPTLY AND WITH DIGNITY. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AT THIS CLINIC FOR ALL YOU DO. RESPECTFULLY SAM N TAMMY WARREN. WINSTON IS EATING AND RESPONDING WELL TO HIS TREATMENT PLAN AND WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! About 9pm Sunday night had to bring our pocket bully in for emergency C-section as she had a pup stick in her birth canal. As soon as I got there they got her right back there and xrayed and then came and explained how many pups and got as much info as I could give them. They tried all the could to save the pup stick in her birth canal but his sac had already ruptured and he was stuck to long. They treated our girl Oreo and her 5 pups amazingly. Dr. Kirk did amazing. The vet tech, her name was Sam I believe, she was amazing!!! She called the next day to check how momma and babies were doing and explained if she rejected any pups, I could come right now and get some milk replacer to get them taken care of.
Thank you Bowling Green Emergency Clinic for saving momma and her babies!!!

Took my mini doxie in on a Saturday after local vet had concerns with small bowel obstruction. The vet explained to me my options and we chose to give IV fluids and see how he did. Thankfully he did great and surgery wasn’t needed! Staff from front to back were wonderful. They were very busy when we came to pick him up but we understood, others were not as nice. Working with the public is difficult and I hope they know I see you and I know you were doing the best you could! Will definitely use them again if needed!

We brought our dog to them from several hours away. There are no emergency clinics close to us. We let them know we had concerns that she had ingested something that could have been poisoned or toxic. An X-ray was given to show to signs of blockages and were told she had an upset stomach. She was given anti nausea meds and pain meds. No screening for toxicity or poisons were done. We relied on their knowledge and thoroughness. Our dog had a seizure and died in front of our 12 year old in the back seat of my truck. She died as I was on the phone to this vet. They told me I needed to get her to an emergency clinic. Very Ironic. That’s what taking her to this emergency clinic did for us. We had a full body necropsy to determine death and will be contacting authorities over this matter. Autopsy revealed she was poisoned. Under, “exposure to toxins” the vet marked her chart, “unknown” with no testing.

What this vet clinic did is HORRIFIC. If you want to know the full story and why no one should ever go here, take a look at my story in the photos I’ve added to this review. If you want your pet to live, RUN RUN RUN far away from them. My baby was poisoned and they did absolutely nothing but take my money. Autopsy confirmed she was poisoned. Here’s a picture of her dead body in my freezer as I tried to preserve her before her autopsy. This story is going to the news soon. They’ll be shut down and sure enough pay for what they did. They deleted this entire review from their facebook in an attempt to hide it.
