  Me and my kids came here on Friday September 12th. We were just looking for a nice evening of bowling but we had multiple issues. Multiple times our lane wouldn’t reset the pins, or the pins that were knocked over wouldn’t count on the score board. My son had to fix the scores multiple times. I used to be in a league here. My son a few months prior came every week sometimes more then once. It’s unfortunate how far the place has fallen in terms of customer service. When we finally realized it was best to get our money back for the night. When we asked the manager for the return she told me we had to leave after the refund or switch lanes no refund and play the rest of the night out. Our night was already ruined but we thought hey at least we can get our money back switch lanes and find a way to have fun the rest of the evening but after hearing we had to leave after the refund I was livid. This place has poor machinery and poor customer service. I cannot recommend to anyone risking there night or money here.

  bad service, did not give us what we paid for. refused to give us 2 lanes next to each other despite having plenty of room. bartender is great tho please tip her well.

  Pretty good place the staff is decently nice some of the lanes suck. They just don't work very well

  I came here to have a birthday party for my children - Bob & Donovan exceeded my expectations! They took great care of ALL my guests and were very attentive to every detail and request given to them. I highly recommend this bowling alley for family fun and entertainment! Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

  I had the pleasure of celebrating my 33rd Birthday here with my family and friends. Ages ranging from 2 years old-53 years old, it was fun for the whole family! We all had an amazing time. Bob, Donovan & Cooper made it such a memorable experience. From the arcade games, food, drinks, and bowling it was all top notch. We will definitely be back to celebrate another Birthday! Thank you so much for the staff's hospitality.
