Every time i walk into this Bowlero location i’m greeted by the most unhappy people at the front desk. They just look as if they never want to be there and always have the worst attitude, just genuinely do not know how to talk to people at all. It’s both an older man and woman who I believe are managers or supervisors. Honestly i should’ve stopped going from the second time but we just love bowling and it was always convenient but we’ve had enough.
The first time we ordered our food we didn’t recieve anything because the person who came and personally took our order “forgot to put it in”. Since that first incident the next time we decided to get food we used the online screen to order and we still didn’t get our food because apparently they “didn’t see anyone on our lane” when they took the food but that was a lie since we made sure we stayed put until our food came, which it never did.
This Location has also been under construction for some time now so you cannot access the bar area. The beer tower was probably the best bang for your buck there and you can’t even get that anymore since that’s all boarded up and out of service. They also converted to string pins which are ALWAYS malfunctioning and just sucks because it’s not even fun anymore.
Over all, this place sucks.
Front desk help was always too distracted chatting to be helpful, however, the rest of our group experience was excellent. And the food was actually pretty good. It was a great time , I would go back.

Cool please just for fun with my grandkids in summer vacation...
This Bowlero location is the absolute WORST! Starting from the checking in at the front desk. The girl was very rude and unfriendly. She try her hardest to talk us OUT of bowling there, telling us that the wait would be way over an hour, (which turned out to be about 15 mins). I don't know if she just wanted to go home early since it was Labor Day weekend or what. Then she gave us a lane and it was dirty and sticky from the previous party of people that had been there. It just seems to me that if you want to run a successful business, that things like cleanliness and friendly respectful people would be a priority. There were a lot of employees walking around not doing anything but no one offered to clean up our lane until we asked. I will NEVER BOWL AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. It is also STRING BOWLING, which totally SUCKS!!!

My family and I were bowling on lane 19 at Bowlero when we experienced a technical issue with the lane machine getting stuck. At the same time, the family next to us was having some challenges with their young children repeatedly rolling bowling balls. While trying to resolve the issue on our own lane, two managers arrived. Unfortunately, one of them, Michael Alcantara, approached me in an extremely unprofessional manner. Without assessing the situation properly, he raised his voice at me in front of my family and said, “This is your last warning!”
This was not only humiliating but also inappropriate, especially since we were not the ones causing problems. As someone who works in healthcare and provides daily customer service, I know firsthand the importance of communication, patience, and de-escalation. Instead of calmly explaining or investigating which lane was actually having issues, Michael made an assumption and treated me in a rude and disrespectful way. His dismissive follow-up of “Have a nice day” only reinforced the lack of professionalism.
No customer should ever feel attacked, disrespected, or threatened, especially by a manager whose role should be to support both staff and guests. This interaction left a very negative impression on my family and me. I strongly believe Michael Alcantara needs further training in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution so that no other guest has to experience being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.
