  Staff was very kind...Facility is a beginning to shownyears of wear, but always clean. Cool family spot...Go during off-peak times.

  Understaffed, sticky floors, and the lane kept resetting at the wrong time. We asked to move, and finally got assistance after 20 minutes. But then we asked that our new lane be wiped down. The attendant came over, obviously annoyed and started squirting the cleaner on the table in the direction of our drinks. He definitely saw when some splashed into the glasses but didn't care. We left and won't be back.

  Terrible service…the waitress working on August 17,2025 obviously did not want to be there. We pressed the service button to get some drinks…she was annoyed. Had to press it again to get more and for some reason for the 1st time ever the Shirley Temple we ordered for $5 did not qualify for refills even though it did the many times before. When we finished bowling, she was on her phone and we had to seek out the bill. She just could not be bothered. Her small tip wasn’t earned but she didn’t even seem to care. Find another job! To be fair, the time before we had a guy who was motivated and gave great service!
