The bartender had a terrible attitude from the start — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No smile, no basic courtesy, just pure attitude. Even when I tried to be polite, they acted like I was bothering them by ordering a drink. Totally ruined the vibe of the place. If management cares about customer service, they seriously need to address that bartender’s behavior.

After a long time I visited Bowlero cause this used to be our favorite place to hangout and have a good time but he experience was spoiled by two bartenders who were rude, disengaged, and uninterested in helping guests, while the front-of-house guy was very nice and tried to compensate; their dismissive responses and delayed service made the night uncomfortable and gave the strong impression that the two bartenders weren’t fit for the job, which affected my enjoyment and trust in Bowlero—we can all have a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service, and it shouldn’t be tolerated in roles that serve people; I’d appreciate management addressing bartenders’ guest-facing behavior, providing proper training or supervision to ensure courteous, attentive service from all bartenders, with a note about steps being taken to improve staff engagement. AND WHO DOES NOT NEED A FREAKING LIME IN THE MARGARITA and throws a rotten one in the glass guys please do better :)

Usually wouldn't complain about things like this but I always thought this place would be more kind to their employees. I both witnessed another employee basically bullying another over their medical issues to the point of tears and then talk poorly about them to ther employees. I for one love the employee that was being bullied, he's kind and wonderful and to see this type of behavior encouraged and distributed among management is disgusting. It's not the pain Olympics, being belittled for your disability and being basically gaslit that their pain is lesser is abhorrent. Seeing them cry about being embarrassed of their disability was heartbreaking and everything the were bullied about was nonsensical and could have been avoided with a proper discussion that WASNT in front of customers
