  I wish I would have been taking my puppy here sooner! As soon as you walk in everyone had a smile on their faces. It is a very welcoming environment. My dog is very anxious and it is apparent based on how much he trembles. The staff was very responsive to this and did what they could to soothe him. When I returned to pick him up he was a completely different puppy. He was walking around and wiggling his tail. So thank you for making him feel safe. Lastly, he has been itching constantly due to his allergies. It’s been more than a few hours and I have not seen him itch. He is super soft, smells great and appears to be comfortable which is also more than I could ask for. So would I recommend this place? A million times yes!

  We took our dog, Sadie - an 8 lb maltipoo - to Bowie Barker for a wash and some general cleanup. Sophie took great care of Sadie during her visit. Sadie can be anxious at times especially during a bath. Sophie was patient and caring and got Sadie looking and feeling her best. She definitely had a pep in her step when she left! The services were quick and reasonably priced. Sadie will be back for more pampering soon!

  This shop is phenomenal! Really easy to schedule and drop off, they were fast even with our 6 month old labradoodle puppy.. And best of all, the cut and bath were absolutely amazing! Great new addition to the area…

  This groomer does great on doodles! We were able to snag a super last minute appointment here because our groomer we had set up that day somewhere else canceled on us last second. Bowie Barker South Loop listened to exactly what we wanted and our babies came out looking so handsome! They smell great and look like they had a great time! Super reasonable pricing and you can tell everyone there just loves their job and loves getting to see so many babies! I am so happy the universe brought us here!!

  We followed Meg from her both her old salons to now here to Bowie Barker! While the drive is longer, there isn't anywhere that Meg will go that we won't follow! She is a phenomenal Groomer and have lucky to been with her 7 years now for our little pup! She is simply the best as are the other staff we met; Amara, Sophie & Debbie. Bowie Barker itself is such an amazing place, the lobby so cute and modern! We loved the idea of the membership and all the savings we get using it! Plus, toothbrushing is automatically included with the bath! More savings!! If you're looking for a friendly and trustworthy Grooming Salon, Bowie Barker is the place to be!
