  I was excited to try this place since it’s closer than my usual groomer and had so many great reviews, but my experience fell short. I booked a wash and trim for my dog and asked that her face be tidied up, even showing a reference photo. When I picked her up, her face hadn’t been trimmed. The staff offered to fix it the next day, but I had to explain exactly what needed to be done, and the result was still uneven. I appreciate that they tried to make it right, but the service wasn’t completed properly even after a second visit. I had hoped this could be a new go-to spot, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

  It was a little sad that Meatball didn’t want to leave the place with the friendly staff. We definitely plan to return for more exceptional and friendly services. Thank you!

  I was looking for a self dog wash and Google showed Bowie Barker was available. I looked through Google and their website, foundimg a telephone number to call. When I called I gathered as much information possible as my dog needed a bathe quick. I was given prices, what they offer and I was very excited to use their self wash. However, when I got there the gentleman in the front end stated "self wash is by appointment only. No walk ins available." which I found ridiculous. Bowie Barker should state their self wash is by appointments only. i wasted valuable time , to be told I should return at 2:00PM as that is the only available slot. But, at the end it worked out as I was able to find a better place for self wash. Soo thank you.

  Great experience. They have the tub and dryers that are very clean and easy to use. Harvey had nail trim and gland expression too which just made our life easier to extend the time between hair cuts- people are nice and friendly! Even if Harvey didn’t ask for this- it’s great and he smells better
