  Zachary was very professional replacing my heating and air-conditioned system he explained everything he done show me pictures of installation .they finished my system in a timely manner. I will use them again and recommend them

  We needed a fix in order to pass town inspection. Bovio Rubino had a technician (Zachary) finishing a nearby job. He was at our home within an hour, had the necessary part and installed it immediately. That was exactly what we needed. He also talked through other aspects of our system and service. Perfect.

  The technician Jonathan Martinez came within the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, methodical, and explained what he was doing, which we appreciated. Besides the HVAC maintenance, he flushed out the Navien tankless water heater. Very pleased with Jonathan and Bovio Robino service.

  Terrible service. Avoid at all costs My 1 year old carrier AC stopped working. Called carrier and they recommended them to me for being carrier certified and the closest to me. Called them and scheduled someone to come take a look. Tech came in. Filled the outside fan unit with refrigerant, and looked at couple things before realizing that the furnace board just needed an update. Did the update and charged me $270 for less than an hour of work. Didn’t really care. AC is working again and it was in the middle of the summer. Everyone was happy. Not a week goes by and I start seeing water build up all around the ac fan unit outside. I never had this issue previously and it’s only a year old AC. Called them again to schedule someone to take a look and they said that I will need to pay for a separate service, and if turns out that it’s related to the prior visit then it will be free of charge. I was ok with that and scheduled someone to come out at 5:30 PM so that I could be home from work. They called me and left a voicemail. I check it when I got out of work and I find that they were telling me about an hour earlier appointment if I was interested. I go home and I find out that they already came to my house an hour earlier without my consent, with only my mom who barely speaks any English in the house. What’s worse is that they informed her that the water leak is coming from my neighbor’s house. No checking or touching of anything. He then demanded her to pay for the visit. Until today (3 months later) - my AC is still leaking and the neighbor side is completely dry. See the photos and you be the judge. When I called them again, they wanted me to pay for another service to come out and take a look. What a scam!!!!

  Very nice and proficient installation. Tankless water heater great! Smaller jobs done by different serviceman and cleaned up much better than first, and saved us money too! Little suspect about yet another person who did original estimate/description of work needed, because both servicemen suggested things done differently and seemed more knowledgeable. Overall excellent work and happy to have plumbing updated and working properly!
